Heartbroken

is an inaccurate

term. The heart

is made of meat

and meat cannot

be broken but

it can be ripped

and torn apart,

stretched like

chewing gum,

stalagmites and

stalactites of

muscle and cruor.

Mash it back

together, a lumpen

semblance of

something feeling.
